Project manager (Cat. II)

NTU International A/S is leading a consortium for the implementation of the EU funded project called: Decarbonisation of heating systems in the City of Partizanske and is searching for key experts to support the core team during the implementation of this project.

The overall objective of this assignment is to carry out a feasibility study for the decarbonisation of heating supply in the city of Partizanske.

Location: The City of Partizanske, Slovakia.

Project Duration: The intended start date is February 2025 and the services shall be provided for a period of 10 months from this date.

Key Expert: Project manager (Cat. II)

☝️ Qualifications and skills:

• At least a bachelor’s degree or equivalent, preferably in Engineering, Finance or Economy (minimum requirement).
• Excellent communication skills.
• Fluency in written and spoken English (CEFR C1) (minimum requirement).
• Fluency in written and spoken Slovakian would be an asset.
• Computer literacy (e.g., Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and MS Teams).

☝️ General professional experience:

• Minimum of 10 years of relevant professional experience in the energy sector (minimum requirement).

☝️ Specific professional experience:

• At least 7 years of advisory or delivery experience on project preparation proven by minimum 5 projects (minimum requirement).
• Specific knowledge and experience in the DH sector including the relevant EU policies and regulatory aspects (asset)
• At least 5 years’ experience in heating deployment projects proven by at least 2 projects (minimum requirement).
