HR Specialist

Responsibilities

• Execute onboarding operations, including hiring, job changes, administrative tasks, and signing sessions in collaboration with Recruiting Coordinators
• Enter and manage data in TETA and Workday systems
• Prepare HR documentation, including employment contracts, medical referrals, and addendums
• Perform process controls, data uploads, and reconciliations to ensure accuracy
• Provide customer service support via the SNOW system for employees and managers
• Report on volumes and challenges related to HR operations
• Participate in regional or country-specific HR projects, contributing valuable expertise and insights
  
  

Requirements

• Experience in onboarding operations, HR, recruitment, or employee services
• Proficiency in Polish and English (min. B1), both spoken and written
• Experience in administrative functions within an HR framework
• Familiarity with TETA, Workday, and SNOW systems is an advantage
• Strong skills in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly MS Excel
• Higher education degree (bachelor's or equivalent)
• Solid understanding of basic employment laws
• Team player with an innovative mindset, attention to detail, and a strong sense of urgency
