Job Description

• Manage the design project lifecycle from concept through to completion, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to project goals.
• Ensure all technical scope changes are approved by the project manager before implementation.
• Interpret and translate client needs into detailed design plans.
• Collaborate with contractors and vendors to define resource requirements, set milestones, and monitor progress.
• Ensure technical teams and third-party contractors adhere to the project’s quality standards as allocated by the Bank throughout the project lifecycle.
• Track and report project progress, proactively identifying and addressing potential risks or issues that may cause delays or deviations from the project scope.
• Work closely with designers, decorators, architects, and construction teams to ensure cohesive execution and alignment with project objectives.
