Nestle Ukraine, worldwide leader in Food and Beverage industry, successfully working and developing in Ukraine, is announcing an opening for the Total Rewards Specialist in Lviv.

Main Responsibilities:

• Support flawless Execution of Annual Compensation and Benefits Processes in alignment with all partners to the process (Rewards CoS, Regional CoC, NiM CoC).
• Contribute to external Benchmarking and Design of Competitive Pay Structures.
• Contribute to job matching and salary submission with external survey providers in order to ensure a robust benchmarking process and reliable data.
• Support effective tracking of costs of Total Rewards per employee.
• Work with HR Services and CoS to ensure data quality of the SF SAP for compensation info types.
• Prepare Rewards Communication material and tools to maximize employee appreciation and delivers training/orientation with the support of HRBPs to increase understanding.
  
  

Main Requirements:

• University Degree (Bachelor's or Master's);
• 1+ years of experience in HR (compensation, benefits, total rewards communication);
• Advanced Excel user (pivot tables, macros, formulas);
• Observance of confidentiality;
• Good analytical and communication skills;
• Knowledge of English language (intermediate level);
• Knowledge of the SAP program will be a benefit.
