Job Description:

We are seeking a talented and creative UI/UX Designer to join our team. As a UI/UX Designer, you will be responsible for designing intuitive and visually appealing user interfaces for our digital products. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to understand user needs, conduct user research, and translate insights into innovative design solutions. Key Responsibilities:

* Collaborate with product managers, engineers, architects, business analysts and other stakeholders to define project requirements and objectives,

• Conduct user research, including interviews, surveys, and usability testing, to gather insights into user needs and preferences.

• Create wireframes, prototypes, and mockups to illustrate design concepts and user interactions.

• Design intuitive and engaging user interfaces that align with brand guidelines and design principles.

• Iterate on designs based on feedback from stakeholders and usability testing results.

Work closely with developers to ensure the feasibility and implementation of design

solutions.

• Stay updated with the latest trends, tools, and technologies in Ul/UX design and incorporate them into your work.

• Executes story refinement, definition of requirements and estimating work necessary to realise a story through the delivery lifecycle.

Skills:

Proven experience as a UI/UX Designer or similar role, with a strong portfolio showcasing your design projects.

• Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe XD or Figma.

• Solid understanding of user-centered design principles and best practices.

• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to present and defend design decisions.

• Experienced in GitLab/ CICD pipeline for release/code management.

Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Experience working in agile development environments is a plus.

• Prior experience in Transaction Monitoring and Case Management will plus
