Your role

Interested in working financial services, and have an interest in frond-end engineering, but not sure where to start? Do you want to work for a firm with a truly global footprint?

We're looking for ambitious students to join our 2025 Technology Graduate Talent Program.

You’ll get to

  • design, plan and deliver sustainable solutions using modern programming languages
  • analyze business requirements for the Identity and Access Management
  • conduct code reviews and test software as needed, along with participating in application architecture and design and other phases of SDLC
  • collaborate with teams across multiple locations, through pair programming and group projects, learning from senior engineers how to build robust, scalable products


Your team

You will be part of our team in Zurich, which is responsible for access management to applications used across the organization. You will have the chance to also work within a highly motivated delivery team of developers, architects and analysts, whilst working on cutting edge technologies. Our team is global, diverse and collaborative as we work across organization.

Your expertise

We’re looking for a candidate who

  • has completed their bachelor’s or master’s degree, preferably in a MINT topic, no longer than 18 months prior to the program start date
  • has programming skills (i.e., Typescript/JavaScript and other web technologies such as HTML, CSS, NodeJS)
  • has knowledge about front-end frameworks like Angular and React
  • has values that align with ours hard-working, trustworthy, dedicated and collaborative
  • is a strategic thinker with strong communication skills
  • is motivated to work in a business with high demands and tight deadlines

We’re looking for someone who’s curious and wants to thrive in a business that never stops moving. We welcome all majors, but it’s important to have an interest in the financial industry. We want to see what makes you unique and discover what you can bring to our team.
