Job Description:

The successful candidate must have A Class Surface Design experience with Exterior and Interior commodities. Must be familiar with the automotive modelling development process, including gateway requirements and deliverables.

Experience And Skills Required

• Ability to produce three-dimensional digital models based on design inputs provided by the design department including sketches, renderings and CAD data.
• Capability in adhering to engineering feasibility considerations and design criteria.
• Proficiency in creating high quality Class A surfaces for both exterior and interior components.
• Strong understanding of engineering feasibility requirements and the ability to translate design intent into production ready surfaces.
• Advanced proficiency in industry standard Class A surface modelling software (e.g. ICEM Surf, Alias) and visualization tools (e.g. VRED)
• Demonstrated artistic skills and an eye for detail.
  
  

Qualifications

• A minimum of 10 years of experience in delivering automotive Class A surfaces for automotive exterior and interior components.
