Web & App Junior Creative Experience Designer

We are looking for an ambitious, dynamic, and creative individual to join our team as Web & App Junior Creative Experience Designer. The ideal candidate will collaborate with the Head of Developers and the entire software team to design and create innovative functionalities, updates, and experiences for our applications and platforms. This is not just about design – it’s about contributing to the creative evolution of our digital products.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with the Head of Developers to conceptualize, design, and implement new functionalities for web and mobile applications.

• Drive creative solutions for updates, ensuring alignment with user needs and company goals.

• Develop wireframes, mockups, and prototypes for new features and user journeys.

• Generate creative ideas for improving existing products and developing new ones.

• Ensure designs and functionalities are intuitive, modern, and scalable.

• Collaborate with IT and UX/UI teams to integrate functionality with high-quality design.

• Collect and incorporate user feedback to enhance product features and experiences.

Requirements:

• Education: Degree in Design, Programming, or a related field (or relevant experience).

• Experience: Some experience (internships or freelance work included) in creating functionalities and/or UI/UX design for digital platforms.

• Skills:

• Knowledge of design tools like Figma, Adobe XD, or Sketch.

• Basic understanding of development tools (HTML, CSS, JavaScript, or frameworks like Flutter) is a plus.

• Creativity and problem-solving skills to develop innovative ideas and solutions.

• Team-oriented mindset with a proactive approach.

• Excellent communication skills in Spanish and English (Italian is a plus).
