Graphic Designer

Pella Global is looking for a talented UI/UX & Graphic Designer who can create high-quality visual content for social media, advertising campaigns, branding, websites, and digital platforms.

• Create social media content for Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, and other platforms.
• Design static ads and marketing creatives for paid advertising campaigns.
• Develop brand books and visual identity guidelines.
• Create website layouts, landing pages, and user interface designs.
• Design wireframes, mockups, and user flows.
• Create presentation materials, marketing assets, and promotional graphics.
• Maintain visual consistency across all company and client projects.
• Collaborate with marketing, content, development, and video teams.

• Strong portfolio demonstrating both graphic design and UI/UX projects.
• Experience creating social media designs and advertising creatives.
• Experience creating brand books and visual identity systems.
• Strong proficiency in Figma.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
• Understanding of UI/UX principles, user-centered design, and responsive design.
• Strong understanding of typography, layout, color theory, and visual hierarchy.
• English proficiency is required.
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.

• Experience designing websites and landing pages.
• Experience working with SaaS, technology, personal brands, or corporate brands.
• Basic understanding of HTML/CSS and web development processes.
• Understanding of digital marketing and conversion-focused design.

• Strong attention to detail.
• Modern and professional design aesthetic.
• Ability to follow brand guidelines while bringing creative ideas.
• Fast communication and professional attitude.
• Experience working with international brands is an advantage.
