Accountant (m/f/d)

We are currently searching for a Finance Assistant to join our finance team and assist in maintaining accurate financial records and processes. You will support the finance department with tasks such as data entry, invoice management, payment processing, and maintaining financial databases. As this is an Assistant role, you may be asked to help out with various other tasks in the finance or accounting department.

Your tasks

• Perform data entry and accurately input financial transactions into accounting software
• Process and manage invoices, purchase orders, and expense reports
• Assist with the preparation of financial statements and reports and with the maintenance of financial databases and filing systems
• Reconcile bank accounts and other financial accounts
• Process payments and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
• Assist with the preparation and coordination of audits and other financial assessments
• Provide support to the finance team in other areas as required
• Act as an interface to external shared service partner
  
  

Your Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance is preferred but optional
• Proven experience in a finance or accounting-related role (at least 1-2 years)
• Knowledge of basic accounting principles and practices
• Experience with accounting software and ERP systems (SAP) is preferred
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
• Polish language skills at native level and very good English skills
• You have Polish Citizenship
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Experience with accounting software and ERP systems is preferred
