Business intelligence specialist (Cat. II)

NTU International A/S is leading a consortium for the implementation of the EU funded project called: Diversity Mainstreaming in The Maritime Sector and is searching for key experts to support the core team during the implementation of this project.

Duration: The intended start date is March 2025 and the services shall be provided for a period of 12 months from this date.

Key Expert: Business intelligence specialist (Cat. II):

☝️ Qualifications and skills:

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, logistics, mathematics, statistics, economics, social studies, social sciences or any relevant, directly related discipline (Minimum requirement).;
• Excellent command of English language (CEFR C1) (Minimum requirement)
• Working knowledge of Dutch language will be considered an advantage.
• Change management skill will be considered a strong asset.

☝️ General professional experience:

• At least 10 years in database design and data management (Minimum requirement).
• Working experience in the preparation and collection of surveys in the transport sector, particularly waterborne transport, will be considered an advantage.

☝️ Specific professional experience:

• At least 5 years’ working/research experience in database analysis with previous experience in the public sector (Minimum requirement).
• At least 5 years’ experience in translating qualitative and quantitative evidence from surveys into database implementation (Minimum requirement).
• Experience working with EU policies/legislation relevant to diversity and inclusion demonstrated by previous professional experience will be considered an advantage.
• Experience working with of diversity and inclusion principles and their application in a maritime transport context demonstrated by previous professional experience will be considered an advantage.
