🔎 We Are Looking For

We are looking for a Project Control Manager to join our team and oversee cost, schedule, and performance controls for a major new production line project. If you have a strong technical background, a proactive attitude, and excellent communication skills, we want to hear from you! The employment relationship is fixed-term, lasting at least until Q3/2026.

📍 Location: Rotterdam, Netherlands

📝 As a Project Control Manager, You Will

• Implement and oversee processes for budgets, labor-hours, costs, and quantities to ensure accurate tracking and reporting.
• Monitor project progress, prepare detailed cost and schedule forecasts, and deliver comprehensive reports to management.
• Identify trends, deviations, and risks, providing actionable insights and supporting claim management and contract dispute resolutions.
• Ensure adherence to finance-related procedures and maintain alignment with invoicing practices.
• Foster cost and scope awareness within the project team and ensure proactive risk management across all functions.
  
  

🏆 To Succeed, You Have

• Extensive experience in project control functions, especially in large-scale industrial projects.
• Proficiency in budgeting, forecasting, and cost management.
• Solid understanding of contract management and claims resolution processes.
• Proactive mindset, strong analytical abilities, and excellent problem-solving skills.
• Fluency in English is required; Finnish skills are a plus.
