Digital Project Manager

We are looking to hire a Project Manager- Digital who will be responsible for managing agile or waterfall projects and leading a multidisciplinary digital team to deliver specific products or drive transformation. This role is for our client based in Dubai, one of the largest companies in the region.

This position is a contract role with an initial duration of 12 months and is renewable based on performance.

We are looking for a passionate Project Manager who is skilled at managing complex digital projects, breaking down barriers for teams, and balancing high-level planning with attention to detail. You should also have experience with both agile and waterfall project management methodologies and a strong understanding of the digital landscape.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver projects and products using appropriate project management methodologies (agile/waterfall), with a focus on continuous improvement.
• Define the product roadmap and convert it into user stories.
• Lead dynamic planning processes, prioritizing work based on team capacity and capability.
• Manage a multidisciplinary team and ensure high-quality output for each project phase (alpha, beta, production).
• Actively participate in the Delivery Manager community to share and adopt best practices.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Technical or Management field.
• Relevant project management qualifications (PMP, PMI, PRINCE2, MSP).
• 5 to 10 years of experience in project management.
• Proven experience in delivering digital projects and products.
• Strong knowledge of agile and waterfall methodologies.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in ambiguous situations.
• Excellent presentation and report writing skills.
• Ability to lead and drive organizational change.
• Decision-making and problem-solving skills.
• Stakeholder management
