Business Analyst

Mission

• Ensuring the interface between the collaborators from Corporate and RO and the automation developers
• Analyzes the processes that are desired to be automated as well as the new ones
• Evaluates the effectiveness of the processes that want to be automated as well as the new ones within finance and business services -Corporate and RO to propose simplification and automation solutions
• Propose technical options to choose the most appropriate way to build a report, depending on the client's need
• Ensuring customer support for improving reports
• Together with the automation developers, builds the technical, functional and user methodology / documentation for the automation projects, in order to ensure their traceability
• Together with automation developers planning proposals for automation projects
• Drafts in writing the functional documentation of new / automated processes and for automated processes, the technical documentation and the user guide, all in the specific forma
• Accompany the jobs from the FBS function in the development or updating of the Corporate and/or other request reports
  
  

Profile

• Higher education in the field of Economics / IT
• Experience Spotfire/ Power BI/Looker or other BI Tool and work with big data
• Knowledge Datalake, GCP
• SQL Knowledge and experience
• English Advanced Level. French is a plus
• Very good skills in using MS Office
• Experience in automation projects as a business analyst
• The ability to listen and understand the points of view of the different interlocutors
• Very good analytical and synthesis skills, structured thinking
• Attention to detail and accuracy of deliverables
• Adaptation to interlocutors and situations, availability, anticipation, method and rigor
• Good communication skills
• Orientation towards the client and towards results
