Responsibilities:
- Aligns people strategies and policies in Business Units with the overall corporate mission and objectives
- Act as employee champion and change agent to Business Units
- Responsible to manage BUs and drive EES results/ surveys
- Plan, execute and track key activities which includes but not limited to promotion, annual increment cycle, performance management, etc that deliver impact
- Observe operations workflow and recommend policies, guidelines, and procedures
- Detect potential issues within operations and provides solutions to respective parties
- Establish partnerships with internal team and to deliver value added services to both management and employees that reflect the desired outcome of organizations’ people strategies
- Collaborate with COEs on projects to implement HR strategies eg C&B, HRI, L&D initiatives and projects
- Provide consultancy to hiring managers in identifying potential candidates
- Ensure high levels of internal customer satisfaction
- Participate and support the drive towards branding of as an employer of choice
- Review and participate in HR process improvement projects
- Engage in conflict resolution, investigations, and performance improvements of staff matters.
- Promoting diversity, equality and inclusion in hiring and daily operations
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in human resource management or relevant area of study is preferred
- HR experience required with minimum 5 years of business partnering which exclude other HR
- experience in a corporate environment
- Possess strong consultative skills and proven record in customer relationship management
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to communicate effectively
- and interact with all levels of the organisation
- Possess working knowledge of local employment legislation and practices, and statutory
programs
