Responsibilities:

  • Aligns people strategies and policies in Business Units with the overall corporate mission and objectives
  • Act as employee champion and change agent to Business Units
  • Responsible to manage BUs and drive EES results/ surveys
  • Plan, execute and track key activities which includes but not limited to promotion, annual increment cycle, performance management, etc that deliver impact
  • Observe operations workflow and recommend policies, guidelines, and procedures
  • Detect potential issues within operations and provides solutions to respective parties
  • Establish partnerships with internal team and to deliver value added services to both management and employees that reflect the desired outcome of organizations’ people strategies
  • Collaborate with COEs on projects to implement HR strategies eg C&B, HRI, L&D initiatives and projects
  • Provide consultancy to hiring managers in identifying potential candidates
  • Ensure high levels of internal customer satisfaction
  • Participate and support the drive towards branding of as an employer of choice
  • Review and participate in HR process improvement projects
  • Engage in conflict resolution, investigations, and performance improvements of staff matters.
  • Promoting diversity, equality and inclusion in hiring and daily operations


Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in human resource management or relevant area of study is preferred
  • HR experience required with minimum 5 years of business partnering which exclude other HR
  • experience in a corporate environment
  • Possess strong consultative skills and proven record in customer relationship management
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to communicate effectively
  • and interact with all levels of the organisation
  • Possess working knowledge of local employment legislation and practices, and statutory

programs
