職務内容

デジタル化の進展に伴い、サイバーセキュリティへの投資は、企業活動を円滑に進める上で不可欠な経営課題となっています。

グローバルチームの一員として、最新のトレンドやベストプラクティスを活用し、クライアントの事業基盤を強化するサイバーセキュリティソリューションの提供を行います。

具体的には：

• グローバル企業や政府機関に対するサイバーセキュリティ/情報セキュリティの現状評価、課題抽出、改善計画策定。
• クライアントのセキュリティ責任者（CISO）の役割の一部を代行し、課題発見や改善活動の支援。
• 日系企業の海外拠点支援や外資系企業の日本拠点支援、海外チームとの連携によるプロジェクト推進。
• セキュリティポリシーの策定、特権ID管理、脆弱性管理、インシデント検知など、幅広い技術的対策の実施支援。

応募資格

スタッフ～シニアクラスの場合:

• サイバーセキュリティや情報セキュリティの分野で、コンサルタントまたはサービスプロバイダとして2年以上の実務経験。

マネージャークラスの場合:

• サイバーセキュリティや情報セキュリティの分野で、クライアント支援の実務経験5年以上。
• プロジェクト管理（進捗管理、品質管理、収支管理、クライアント報告）の経験2年以上。

必須経験（以下いずれかの経験が必須）

• ISO/IEC 27001、PCIDSS、NIST CSFを用いたセキュリティアセスメント。
• GDPR対応を含むプライバシーアセスメントの実施。
• セキュリティ改善計画の策定、規程整備や体制整備の支援。
• セキュリティ運用における業務プロセス改革（BPR）。
• CSIRT/PSIRTの構築支援。

語学力

• 日本語ネイティブの方: 英語の読み書きスキル（TOEIC 600点以上目安）。
• 英語ネイティブの方: 日本語でのビジネスレベルのコミュニケーション能力。
• その他の言語が母国語の方: 日本語ビジネスレベル、英語の読み書きスキル（TOEIC 600点以上目安）

選考プロセス

• 面接回数: 2回
• 適性検査やケース面接の実施可能性あり（ポジションに応じて）

About the Role

As part of a global team, you will help clients strengthen their business foundations by offering optimized cybersecurity solutions that reflect the latest trends and best practices. Our work includes:

• Evaluating and identifying cybersecurity challenges for global enterprises and government organizations.
• Developing and implementing improvement plans tailored to client needs.
• Supporting security leaders (CISOs) by identifying security issues and driving improvement initiatives.

Collaboration with global teams is integral to our approach, enabling seamless support for clients with both domestic and international operations. Our projects span from developing security policies and frameworks to implementing technical measures such as privileged ID management, vulnerability management, and incident detection.

Qualifications

For Staff to Senior-Level Candidates:

• At least 2 years of experience supporting clients in cybersecurity or information security as a consultant or service provider.

For Manager-Level Candidates:

• Over 5 years of client-facing experience in cybersecurity or information security.
• At least 2 years of experience managing projects, including progress tracking, quality control, financial oversight, and reporting to clients.

Required Experience (One or More):

• Security assessments using standards such as ISO/IEC 27001, PCIDSS, or NIST CSF.
• Privacy assessments for compliance with GDPR or other personal data protection regulations.
• Security improvement planning, policy development, and organizational restructuring.
• Business process reengineering (BPR) for security operations.
• Supporting the establishment of CSIRT/PSIRT.

Language Requirements:

• Native Japanese speakers: English reading and writing skills (TOEIC 600+).
• Native English speakers: Business-level Japanese proficiency.
• Other native languages: Business-level Japanese and English reading and writing skills (TOEIC 600+).

Selection Process:

• Number of interviews: 2 rounds.
• Additional assessments such as aptitude tests or case interviews may be required based on the role.
