We are looking for a wide range of people who have IT experience or who want to engage in IT work using English and Japanese.

Job Outline

You will be involved in the project using Japanese and English.

◎ M365 inquiry support for domestic and overseas at a major financial service company

◎ Cloud and on-premises server monitoring, operation, and maintenance for overseas customers

◎ Network construction/migration project at a major mobile carrier company

◎ In-house SE including English support of a super famous general law firm

◎ Cloud environment Linux server construction at a major software company

Experiences/skills that can be utilized

◆ Translation and interpretation experience

◆ Qualified person such as TOEIC

◆ Practical experience in English and Japanese

◆ Practical experience in the IT industry(network, server, cloud, back_end engineer)

◆ Japanese level N2 or above

★ Some projects allow remote work.

★ Applicants have a chance to be assigned globally to overseas in the future!

Working hours 9:00-18:00 (8 hours of actual work)

* Shift work is also available depending on the project.

* Overtime is about 7.4 hours a month on average

* Depending on the project, remote work may not be possible.

Salary

3.6 million yen to 7 million yen

* Determined in consideration of experience and skills.

* A separate allowance will be provided in the event of a transfer.

* Trial period 3 months (same treatment during the period)

Salary increase/bonus

・ Salary increase / once a year

・ Incentive bonus / twice a year (June / December)

* IRP (incentive bonus) system

If the contract amount with the customer exceeds a certain amount, the bonus will be paid twice a year.(Contract amount x Return rate-Salary) x Number of target months = BonusWhen the contract amount is 700,000, the person has worked for 6 months, and the salary of the person is 300,000.Bonus: (700,000 x 60% -300,000) x 6 months = 720,000The bonus to the person will be 720,000 in half a year.

* Return rate varies depending on the contract amount (50% to 60%)
