Overview: We are seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated Marketing Specialist to drive forward the marketing initiatives of Innovance and its subsidiary companies for our growing team. This hybrid role, based in our Istanbul Maslak office, requires flexibility and a robust passion for digital marketing.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree
• At least 2 years of experience in digital marketing and brand management
• Fluent in English
• Proven track record of managing social media platforms and creating multimedia content
• Experience in organizing corporate events and executing marketing plans
• Excellent written and verbal interpersonal skills to simplify complex topics and explain them clearly and concisely
• Fast learner
• Detail-oriented with a proactive approach to marketing
• Team player with a positive attitude
• Ability to handle multiple ongoing projects
• No travel restrictions, both domestically and internationally

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement comprehensive marketing plans
• Manage and enhance corporate social media channels including Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, YouTube, TikTok and etc.
• Create engaging content for various platforms in both Turkish and English, such as text, images, videos, and infographics
• Organize corporate events
• Manage market research activities
• Analyze trends to uncover new marketing opportunities
• Provide reports on social media performance and marketing activities to refine strategies
• Brainstorm creative ideas for marketing campaigns
• Ensure deadlines are met and work efficiently under pressure
• Maintain a strategic understanding of UX, UI, and CX
• Hold self-responsible for both team and individual tasks
• Follow digital marketing trends, tools and best practices continuously

Bonus Points:

• Experience managing Podcasts
• Working experience with PR agencies
• Experience in managing marketing budget
• Brand management experience in an IT or Data company
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud (Adobe Premiere, After Effects, and Illustrator)
