The Role

We’re looking for a highly skilled and innovative UI Designer to join our team and elevate Bree’s digital experience across web and mobile platforms. In this role, you’ll have the unique opportunity to design intuitive, visually appealing, and user-centric interfaces that solve real customer problems and align with Bree’s mission. You’ll collaborate closely with product, engineering, and marketing to shape our products and deliver exceptional user experiences.

What You’ll Do

Design beautiful, functional user interfaces for Bree’s web and mobile applications, ensuring a seamless user experience.
Create end-to-end design workflows, including wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity visuals.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product managers, developers, and marketers, to define and implement innovative design solutions.
Develop and maintain Bree’s design system, ensuring consistency across all touchpoints.
Conduct user research and usability testing to gather insights and refine designs based on feedback.
Stay informed about industry trends and best practices to bring fresh ideas and innovation to Bree’s digital experience.
Advocate for accessibility and inclusive design principles, ensuring Bree’s products are usable for all customers.

Qualifications

5+ years of professional experience in UI or product design, preferably within a startup or fintech environment.
Proven track record of designing intuitive, impactful interfaces for iOS, Android, and web platforms.
Strong portfolio showcasing end-to-end design processes, from ideation to execution.
Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, or Adobe Creative Suite.
Experience with design systems, responsive design, and accessibility standards (WCAG).
Familiarity with front-end development principles (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) is a plus.
Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate design decisions clearly.
Passion for creating inclusive, accessible products that meet diverse user needs.
