Title: Talent Acquistion Coordinator

Job Description

This candidate will support the Talent Acquisition (TA) team with multiple recruitment assignments and ensure the smooth running of the recruitment and selection process, including advertising of roles, the timely co-ordination of interviews requiring close working with the TA Specialists and following up to close out interview outcomes in line with our agreed procedures.

Key Responsibilities

  • Overall management of Applicant Tracking System to ensure all roles are progressed in line with agreed procedures, including monitoring and reporting on all stages of the recruitment and selection process.
  • Close collaboration with the team and forward planning to ensure a streamlined and professional interview experience for all parties involved (including advanced scheduling of interviews, preparing, quality checking and issuing interview documentation in a timely manner)
  • Management of the Recruitment Mailbox ensuring tracking of actions, timely responses to queries, demonstrating a professional service delivery focus
  • Ensuring the integrity of data to enable the production of quality daily, weekly and monthly management reports to support the smooth running of the team
  • Support with the preparation of employment contracts to meet agreed service level agreements.
  • Support all stages of the recruitment and selection process; including supporting TA Specialists to close out actions following interviews, dealing with candidate queries, work permit applications, etc.
  • Engage with wider HR team to ensure a smooth onboarding experience for new hires.

Requirements

  • Relevant operational experience within a corporate and TA environment
  • Ability to learn quickly and adapt to changing business needs.
  • Good problem-solving skills with the ability to exercise good judgment when needed.
  • Ability to establish strong business relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Relevant systems experience with the ability to use full functionality of our Applicant Tracking System
  • Strong attention to detail with the ability to produce quality management reports.
