About the Role:

As an HR Trainer, you will lead an in-person training program tailored for professionals aspiring to enhance their HR management skills. The training will take place at our Shoreditch in London and will cover advanced HR practices, strategies, and tools to prepare participants for leadership roles in human resources.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver comprehensive and engaging CHRM training sessions to a corporate audience.

• Utilize real-world examples and interactive methods to enhance learning outcomes.

• Tailor the training content to meet the specific needs of the client.

• Provide practical insights into HR trends, tools, and best practices.

• Offer post-training support, including answering questions and clarifying concepts.

Requirements:

• A minimum of 4 years of experience in HR training, with a proven track record of delivering high-quality sessions.

• Expertise in HR management topics, including talent acquisition, employee relations, organizational development, HR analytics and HR Audit

• Excellent communication and presentation skills.

• Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail.

• Ability to engage and inspire a corporate audience.
