MBA Associate (Business Analytics)

Summary:

• The Strategy & Analytics team is leading some of the most critical and exciting initiatives of the company, where we bring problem-solving and data skills together in order to make a change in the way the organization operates.
• Now, we’re looking for an MBA Associate who’ll help us with some of the most strategic projects of the company, for a period of minimum 3 months.
• You'd be working with a team including ex McKinsey, Bain, BCG and Big 4 consultants.
• This is a 6 month FTC.
  
  

Desired Experience:

Own and deliver a critical workstream of Business Performance within Strategy & Analytics department.

• Work very closely and problem-solve with stakeholders from around the business (Commercial, Growth, Product, etc.)
• Synthesize insights on our overall business performance and form your recommendations leveraging data and hypotheses-driven approach.
• Put your recommendations into an exceptional communication to convince senior leaders of the organization to take action (C-level exposure guaranteed!)
• Receive outstanding training as well as frequent coaching and mentoring from colleagues on your teams
• Learn how to solve business problems using a hypothesis driven approach to create business impact
  
  

Desired Experience:

• Are currently an MBA student or have recently completed your MBA from a globally recognized, top-tier university
• Have experience with top-tier management consulting or technology firm pre-MBA
• Are capable of both high-level strategic thinking and detailed execution
• Have 3-5 years of relevant industry or functional work experience showing progressive/promotion and academic achievement
• Have outstanding oral and written communication skills
• Are fluent in English
