We are looking for an "Software Development Supervisor" who will work under the in our Global Information Technologies department, within Projects team.

As the Software Development Supervisor, in line with the goals and policies of the Global Information Technologies Department, you will carry out the designs needed in the software in order to improve and automate the in-company processes; to ensure the implementation of application, development and testing processes.

What will be expected of you in this role?

• You will examine existing processes for improvement and automation within Mavi, understand system needs related to software,
• You will conduct software projects and code development studies to be developed,
• You will support the determination and implementation of software methodologies to be used for software to be developed,
• You will conduct relevant studies in application development projects and create requested additional modules,
• You will design relevant interfaces in line with the needs,
• You will conduct system tests for new applications and ensure that they are switched to live use without any problems,
• You will ensure that the technical documentation of the developed projects is prepared,
• You will provide system support to the key user after the switch to live use,
• You will follow new technologies and developments, integrate innovative solutions into the organization, determine and manage risks on software projects, create contingency plans and implement them if necessary,
• You will establish effective communication with stakeholders of software projects, manage software projects by collaborating with business units and other departments,
• You will create written documentation to document the processes and results of software projects and inform team members and stakeholders.

• If you graduated from Computer Engineering or related departments,
• If you can use the Javascript, Typescript, Angular2+, RxJS, CSS, HTML, Bootstrap, T-SQL queries and statements,
• If you can building web applications with C# and RESTful APIs and .Net 6/7/8 based Web Services,
• If you have experience using Git source control systems and CI/CD pipelines.
• If you have experience building responsive, component-based web apps.
• If you have solid grasp of cross-platform cross-browser compatibility issues and code optimization.
• If you maintain code quality by using or implementing development best practices and focus on coding standards.
• If you are self-starter, you enjoy moving at a fast pace, shipping software that improves the user experience.
• If you can collaborate with team members and multi-functional teams in an agile environment.
• If you have a good level of English language skills,
