Job Description:

Preparation of a stakeholder analysis.

Development of a change concept with a focus on interfaces to our client organizations

Moderation of workshops and defined change formats.

Establishment and moderation of a multiplier network.

Advising the workstream management on meetings, reports and surveys.

Experience in accompanying and implementing change processes

Familiar with agile working models and organizational forms as well as their application as well as product-oriented organization

Preparation and moderation experience of workshops and "change" formats

Mandatory Skills:
