Join our team! We are looking for a Business Intelligence Developer in Riga HQ office!

Position: Business Intelligence Developer – a specialist who has the ability and desire to help colleagues bring an idea from the beginning to a realized project, which includes the development of requirements; data research, cleaning, transformation, transfer and automatization, as well as design of the final product according to the project goals.

Responsibilities:

• Work with colleagues around the world from Risk, Finance, Product, Marketing, and other departments defining requirements/expectations for data and KPIs
• Develop, test and automate ETL processes for multiple countries with different business models; perform data investigations, quality testing
• Maintain, evaluate and improve existing ETL processes, data models and BI solutions to ensure smooth, timely and quality data delivery to end users
• Develop reports, Looker and PowerBI dashboards and data models
• Deliver ad hoc data reports and analysis requests
• Create documentation for developed solutions
• Aid colleagues in developing sustainable, performant ETL processes and data models

Requirements:

• Advanced knowledge of SQL, including query optimization, data manipulation and control
• 3+ years of experience working with SQL databases
• 3+ years of experience building and improving ETL processes and data models
• Experience with BI tools e.g. Looker, PowerBI
• Fluent in Latvian and English
• Some of technologies we use: PostgreSQL, AWS Redshift, Pentaho DI, PowerBI, Looker
