The Program Manager will oversee and coordinate multiple projects to ensure they align with the organization's strategic objectives. The Program Manager will manage the overall program budget, schedule, and resources, and ensure that program goals are met on time and within scope. They will work closely with project managers, stakeholders, and team members to deliver high-quality results.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the planning and implementation of assigned programs from initiation to completion.
- Oversee multiple related projects across Asia, ensuring alignment with strategic business goals.
- Define program scope, goals, and deliverables in collaboration with senior leadership.
- Manage program budgets, including tracking expenses, forecasting, and variance analysis.
- Develop a detailed program plan, outlining the milestones, dependencies, and resources required.
- Coordinate cross-project activities, ensuring communication and collaboration across teams.
- Identify risks, issues, and dependencies that may affect program outcomes and develop mitigation plans.
- Ensure that all programs are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.
- Manage relationships with internal and external stakeholders, ensuring expectations are aligned.
- Provide regular updates and reporting to senior management on the program’s progress, risks, and performance.
- Implement and maintain program governance, ensuring consistent processes and standards across projects.
- Lead, mentor, and support project managers and team members to foster a high-performing culture.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Project Management, or a related field. A Master’s degree is preferred.
- Proven experience (5 or more years) as a Program Manager or in a similar role, managing multiple complex projects.
- Strong knowledge of program and project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall, etc.).
- Experience in managing large-scale programs across various departments or business units.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in using project management software (e.g., Procore, MS Project, Jira, or similar tools).
- Demonstrated ability to manage budgets and schedules effectively.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to make decisions under pressure.
- Project Management Professional (PMP), PgMP, PRINCE2, or Agile certification (e.g., CSM, PMI-ACP).
- Experience managing global or distributed teams.
- Expertise in M&E or Data Centre industry.
- Experience with portfolio management and strategic planning.
