Senior Project Manager

Project Location: Charleroi,

Experience in Data Centre, Pharmaceutical or Semi-Conductor is advantageous

Must hold either a EU passport

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of fire alarm system installations.
• Oversee project timelines, budgets, and resources to ensure on-time and within-budget delivery.
• Collaborate with design and engineering teams to ensure compliance with project specifications, local codes, and safety standards.
• Manage and coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure seamless integration of fire alarm systems with other MEP services.
• Review and approve technical drawings, submittals, and project documentation.
• Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress, quality of work, and adherence to safety standards.
• Identify and mitigate project risks, ensuring proactive resolution of issues.
• Maintain close communication with the client and other key stakeholders, providing progress updates and addressing concerns.
• Ensure commissioning, testing, and handover processes are completed to the highest standard.
• Uphold compliance with fire safety regulations and international standards throughout the project lifecycle.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Fire Engineering, or a related field.
• Extensive experience managing fire alarm system installations on large-scale or hyperscale construction projects.
• Strong understanding of fire alarm systems, codes, and standards (e.g., NFPA, EN, BS).
• Proven track record of leading complex projects, including scheduling, budgeting, and resource management.
• Proficiency in project management software and tools (e.g., MS Project, Primavera).
• Experience in the data centre sector or other critical environments is highly desirable.
