MANAGER OF PEOPLE DATA ANALYTICS (F/M/D)

Job Description

We are currently looking for a new team member to join our Digitalization and Data Analytics team. In this position, you will be responsible for people data analytics across the group and for coordinating this team. Think we might be a good match? Then we’re waiting for you to join our team!

You will contribute to creating a green and safe energy ecosystem by:

• Shaping the direction of people data analytics at a group-wide level;
• Managing the team’s tasks, identifying opportunities, and implementing solutions to grow team competencies and encourage proactive engagement;
• Actively identifying areas for people data analysis that will establish the team as an HR data analytics partner;
• Conducting statistical and behavioral data studies that deliver data-driven insights and recommendations;
• Ensuring data quality by developing control measures and participating in project activities.
  
  
  

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of experience in a team leader role, with the ability to unite a team to implement shared solutions;
• No less than 1 year of experience conducting statistical analyses in the HR field or experience in a data scientist position;
• Experience in organizing and analyzing behavioral studies;
• 2 years of experience working with Power BI (DAX/MDX/M), SQL, and databases.

Salary range for this position group: is 4003 to 6004 EUR (before taxes). The final offer depends on experience and competence. Variable part of remuneration may be paid depending on results.
