IT PMO (Cybersecurity/GRC)

We are looking for a IT PMO (CyberSecurity/GRC) for a hybrid project based in Porto Lisbon (2x/Week).

Scope: Joining the central CyberSecurity Governance Team to integrate the project team responsible for the deployment of a new GRC Tool within IT Services Team. The PM Officer will support management and Project Managers in consolidating and reporting key project information.

Responsibilities:

• Project management document organization.
• Analyze gaps and produce a summary of the project portfolio for related steering committees (ability to implement, deviations, budget, risks, alerts, dependencies, etc.).
• Lead the project reporting by follow up with project managers .
• Assist project managers in keeping their projects documented, updated and that the appropriate communication is shared.

Requirements:

• Previous Experience as PMO/PM.
• Knowledge on Cybersecurity is valued namely standards ISO/IEC 27000-series and NIST framework.
• General knowledge of IT/IT Background.
• Business/IT Relationship.
• Proficient in MsOffice tools: Word, Excel, PowerPoint.
• Fluency in English (both written and spoken) is mandatory.
