About Responsibilities

Within KLx, you will join the Crédit Agricole CIB team of 90+ professionals working on recent open technology stacks (Data-Centric, API, Cloud-Native…). By leveraging on fast-paced multi-functional teams, through Agile or hybrid methodologies, we deliver and support robust in-house solutions for Crédit Agricole S.A. multi-year projects serving all CA Group entities.

As a Project/Program Manager and under the responsibility of the Run Manager, you will lead a Team of 10+ people.

Your main responsibilities will be:

• Responsible of the creation, follow-up of projects KPIs and planning that will lead to successful Sprints and Releases.
• Manage the priorities, analyze, and unblock complex situation on daily basis of the team.
• Act as a leader with the development team on various activities: Planning, Estimation, Daily meeting, KANBAN etc.
• Elaborate a strategy (tooling, ways of working, governance, KPIs, staff plan, …) for the team.
• Propose continuous improvement ideas to improve the efficiency of the team.
• Monitor and supervise risks management.
• Act as an escalation point for the team in charge.
• Ensure proper and timely reporting toward line and functional management.
• Plan and manage overall team for the project.

Who You Are

• Degree Computer Science, Software Engineering, or equivalent experience
• Very strong background in Program/Project Management leading development teams.
• Certification in Project Méthodologies (PMI, Agile, etc.).
• Capacity to lead, and work as a team to reach common goals.
• Capacity to communicate perfectly in both verbal and writing.
• Fluent in French and English– Mandatory
