Our mission is to assist with the IT transformation & activities of a worldwide bank capitalizing on all the skills from our international campus in Lisbon.

About responsibilities

• Ensure the follow-up of the activity of the team in support of the PM's and the Team Managers;
• Guarantee administrative management of his Business Unity ;
• Design and implement project management standards;
• Creation of reports and KPIs for Committees and produce activity reports and dashboards;
• Follow-up service requests : sourcing, onboarding / offboarding of candidates;
• Implemente project management tools:
• Develop and improve new procedures;
• Control timesheets and monthly reconciliation of time records;
• Preparation of monthly billing.

Who you are

• + 2 years of experience as Project Management Officer;
• High attention to detail and rigorous;
• Proactive, dynamic, and team player;
• Office tool: Advanced Excel, Word, PowerPoint; knowledge in PowerBI is a plus.
• Written and verbal communication skills;
• Minimum B2 level of French and English (both languages are mandatory).
