What You’ll Do

Design Excellence: Develop visually stunning content across print, digital, and motion media using Adobe Creative Cloud.
Collaborate Globally: Work with onshore and offshore teams to craft brand-led assets, from infographics and videos to social media graphics and campaign materials.
Innovate with GenAI: Leverage cutting-edge tools like Microsoft Copilot and Adobe Firefly and other online platforms to stay ahead of design trends.
Conceptualize & Execute: Transform complex ideas into professional, brand-compliant designs for diverse Employer and corporate channels.
Deliver Quality: Manage projects efficiently to ensure high-quality deliverables on time.

What We’re Looking For

Creative Expertise: 5-8 years of experience in graphic and multimedia design, with a standout portfolio showcasing video and motion graphics.
Technical Proficiency: Mastery of Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop, and Microsoft Office.
Aesthetic Vision: Strong skills in typography, colour, motion and design trends, with the ability to produce work aligned with brand guidelines.
Team Player: Outstanding communication and collaboration skills, thriving in a fast-paced environment.
Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Visual Effects, Fine Arts, Visual Communication, or a related field.
