Maximize Marketing Division's Capability through Creating Productive Environment and Culture as well as Effective Allocation and Enhancement of Human Capitals.

Position Details

You will be responsible for developing solutions in the field of organizational development.

Examples Of Tasks Include

• Planning and managing various employee surveys, including Engagement Surveys, analyzing results, reporting to stakeholders, and implementing response measures.
• Planning and managing content for All Hands Meetings.
• Improving various business processes and promoting the use of AI.
  
  

You may also be responsible for related HR tasks.

Mandatory Qualifications

• A strong interest in improving employee engagement and creating a positive work environment, with a sense of ownership.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to build good relationships with various stakeholders.
• Project management skills.
• TOEIC score of 800 or above, or equivalent English proficiency.
