Key Responsibilities:


  • Technology Strategy & Vision
  • Develop and execute the company’s technology strategy to support business goals and growth.
  • Stay ahead of technology trends, identifying opportunities to leverage emerging technologies and innovations.
  • Work closely with the CEO and other senior executives to align technology with business objectives and overall vision.
  • Leadership & Team Management
  • Lead and build a high-performing technology team, fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous learning.
  • Provide mentorship and career development to technical leaders and staff across the organization.
  • Set clear goals, KPIs, and deliverables for the technology team.
  • Product Development & Innovation
  • Oversee the development, deployment, and maintenance of products, platforms, and infrastructure.
  • Ensure the successful execution of the product roadmap and agile development practices.
  • Collaborate with the product management and engineering teams to ensure successful product delivery and scalability.
  • Technology Infrastructure & Operations
  • Manage the organization’s technology infrastructure, ensuring optimal performance, security, and scalability.
  • Establish and monitor key technology metrics, ensuring compliance with security and regulatory standards.
  • Implement best practices for software development, systems architecture, and infrastructure management.
  • Budgeting & Resource Allocation
  • Create and manage the technology budget, ensuring cost-effective use of resources while achieving the strategic technology vision.
  • Evaluate and prioritize investments in technology solutions, platforms, and tools to meet the business’s evolving needs.
  • Stakeholder Communication
  • Serve as the technology spokesperson, representing the company’s technology vision and strategies to internal and external stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with other departments (e.g., marketing, sales, finance) to ensure technology solutions support cross-functional objectives.
  • Risk Management & Cybersecurity
  • Identify potential risks related to technology, cybersecurity, and data privacy, developing and implementing mitigation strategies.
  • Ensure the company’s technological practices comply with relevant laws and regulations.
  • Continuous Improvement & Innovation
  • Drive a culture of innovation and technological excellence by encouraging continuous improvement and proactive research into new tools, systems, and methods.
  • Experiment with and integrate cutting-edge technologies such as AI, blockchain, IoT, or machine learning.
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. Master’s degree or MBA preferred.
  • Experience:
  • Minimum of 10 years of experience in technology leadership roles, with a proven track record of scaling technology solutions in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience managing large teams of engineers, developers, and technical experts.
  • Strong experience in software development, system architecture, and cloud-based technologies.
  • Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams, work with executive leadership, and manage multiple stakeholders.
  • Skills & Expertise:
  • Expertise in software engineering, IT infrastructure, data analytics, and cloud services.
  • Strong understanding of emerging technologies, AI, machine learning, big data, and cybersecurity.
  • Solid knowledge of budgeting, project management, and strategic planning.
