Specialist - Senior BI Specialist

We are looking for Software Specialist with a strong experience in BI/DWH and PowerApps with a passion for technology and a focus on developer experience.

ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

Designing, developing, and maintaining business intelligence solutions Crafting and executing queries upon request for data

Presenting information through reports and visualization

Publish and schedule automated refreshes per business requirements.

Develop tabular and multidimensional models that follow industry best practice.

Develop visual reports, dashboards, & KPIs in Power BI.

Integrate Power BI reports into other applications using embedded like Power BI service or API automation.

Have excellent analytical and problem-solving skills for translating data into meaningful visualizations.

Implement row level security on data and productionize.

Data Integration between a different source and a centralized data warehouse

Working on a data warehouse design

Write SQL queries to connect to data sources.

Develop and execute database queries and conduct analyses

monitoring and tuning queries and data loads

Creating star schema data models, performing ETLs and validating results with business representatives

Design, build and configure PowerApps applications to meet business process and application requirements.

Provide application support

Able to analyze user requirements and translate into technical requirements

Apply custom development skills to building on Low to No Code solutions, starting with Power

Platform.

share demos and deliver applications into production for on-going operations.

Improve user and team productivity by recommending solutions and building prototypes Analyze the business requirements by collaborating with the stakeholders and IT

Management, studying systems flow, data usage, and work processes.

Support Architect to identify technical solutions based on the PowerApps architecture Provide technical advice to team members and customers on best practices for PowerApps Platform development

Understand business requirements and choose a data model that best fits user needs, customizing when needed.

SKILLS & COMPETENCIES:

Power BI/DWH

Combining Knowledge of Azure Data factory, Azure Analysis Services and Power BI Background in data warehouse design (e.g., Tabular modeling).

Specialist - Senior BI Specialist

SQL Server experience - ability to write complex queries.

DAX experience - part of Power BI.

Knowledge of SQL queries, and SQL Server Integration Services (SSIS).

Working knowledge of Power Queries.

R language.

Analytical mind with problem-solving aptitude.

In-depth understanding of database management systems, online analytical processing (OLAP} and ETL (Extract, transform, load) framework

Database Designing.

PowerApps

Expert in PowerApps Development.

Strong knowledge in programming and web app development

Implement row level security on data.

Write SQL queries to connect to data sources.

Must possess expertise Microsoft PowerApps GUIb

Application development experience.

Coding and testing skills

Experience with Office and Microsoft 365 technologies

SharePoint experience

Power Platform Is a plus

Azure Data Factory is a plus

Azure analysis services is a plus

Power BI is a plus

EXPERIENCE:

+5 Years of Experience in the aforementioned platforms, tools and skills

EDUCATION:

Bachelor's Degree of Computer Science, Engineering, or an IT Related Degree
