Diamante is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Partnership & Business Development Manager to spearhead collaborations and expand our network within the Web3 and Crypto ecosystem. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in business development, strong relationship-building skills, and a deep understanding of the blockchain and cryptocurrency landscape.

• Strategic Partnerships: Identify, establish, and maintain strategic partnerships with key stakeholders, including blockchain platforms, fintech firms, DeFi protocols, and enterprise clients.
• Business Development: Drive growth initiatives, identify new business opportunities, and develop innovative strategies to enhance Diamante’s market presence.
• Ecosystem Engagement: Represent Diamante at industry events, conferences, and forums to build awareness and nurture relationships within the Web3 and Crypto ecosystem.
• Market Research: Monitor and analyze market trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies to identify potential opportunities and challenges.
• Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product development, and operations, to align business strategies with organizational goals.
• Revenue Generation: Develop and execute plans to meet and exceed revenue targets through partnerships and alliances.

• A minimum of 2+ years of work experience in the Web3 and Crypto ecosystem.
• Strong understanding of blockchain technology, cryptocurrency markets, DeFi, and emerging Web3 trends.
• Proven experience in business development, partnership management, or a similar role.
• Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple projects simultaneously.
