Our international team in the Data Platform tribe works as an enabler across the bank to maximize data potential by providing analytics and data science solutions. As a Chapter Lead, you will be an important part of supporting and modernizing Business Intelligence platforms, migrating our data visualization platform to the cloud, and leading other data analytics platform modernization tasks.

As a Chapter Lead, you are a creative leader who uses deep domain knowledge to coach and develop others. You act as a “player & coach,” spending approximately 30% of your time managing your Chapter, and the remaining 70% of your time as a doer in a Squad delivering value by completing work.

You will:

• Enable the bank’s data strategy by developing an enterprise BI solution integrated with our data platform (Tableau, Alteryx, SAS, etc.)
• Lead the engineering team and contribute to deliveries
• Capture and organize technical requirements into stories
• Communicate with core IT areas on product setup, optimization, and compliance
• Lead the bank-wide migration from Tableau on-premises to a SaaS solution
• Facilitate strategic projects, e.g., SAS infrastructure upgrade
• Engage with stakeholders in the business areas to define infrastructure requirements and roadmaps for our systems
  
  

About you:

• Can-do attitude and great problem-solving skills
• Hands-on experience and deep understanding of cloud technologies (private/public), standards, and operational setup
• Three-plus years of experience as a Technical Lead
• Good understanding of IT architecture
• Experience with platform integration and automation tasks
• Experience working with IT Enterprise Level organization
• Ability to troubleshoot issues and support team members with timely resolution
• Experience working on platform life cycle management
• Advanced English language skills
  
  

Advantage to have:

• Knowledge of Alteryx
• Banking IT- related knowledge
• Experience using data intelligence would be beneficial – and for sure AI will be part of the future setup
• Experience in development and CI/CD

We offer:

This position can be located both in Lithuania and Denmark. If the position is located in Lithuania the monthly salary range will be from 5200 EUR to 7800 EUR gross (based on your competencies relevant for the job).
