Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a high-performing software engineering team, fostering innovation and collaboration.
• Oversee the development and implementation of cutting-edge AI solutions and software development projects.

• Drive technical excellence in design, architecture, and implementation while ensuring alignment with company goals.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a software engineering leader with a track record of success in AI and software development.
• Strong understanding of software development methodologies, AI frameworks, and modern software architecture.
• Expertise in balancing technical leadership with functional and strategic responsibilities, with 30% technical focus and 70% functional management.
• Deep knowledge of programming languages, software tools, and AI technologies.
• Strong problem-solving skills, strategic thinking, and the ability to drive technical and operational excellence.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills, with experience managing diverse teams and complex projects.

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience in a leadership role within the AI or software development domain.
• Familiarity with agile methodologies and project management tools.
• Exposure to cloud technologies, data engineering, and machine learning.
• Strong understanding of software lifecycle management and DevOps practices.
