Junior Product Manager Personal Care

Purpose

As Junior Product Manager for the Product Division of Personal Care, Repositioning & Offloading, Advance Wound-Care, Ready-Care, Primary-Care, Rehab & Fall Prevention, Textiles, you will be responsible for researching, understanding, and training the end users for Spain and Portugal, to drive your product categories' sales growth and profitability. You will collaborate with business units across the organization, including Sales and Marketing.

How can you help us?

• Provide clinical support and training during product trials
• Train and support the Iberia Sales team
• Collaborate on strategy with Account Managers to achieve sales and promotional targets.
• Maintain a complete database of local competitors and pricing
• Ensure strong preparation for upcoming tenders
• Prepare cross-references
• Provide product alternatives for Customers
• Translate literature/sales flyers
  
  

Are you our match

• Bachelor’s degree in health sciences and marketing.
• Valuable 1-year experience in supporting product management, preferably in the healthcare industry
• Native Level in Spanish and advanced in English
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Applications, especially Word and Excel
• Problem solver, good organizational skills and the ability to multitask.
• Assertiveness, decisiveness, and positive attitude
• Traveling 60 % of time from Monday to Friday
