Who We Are Recruiting For Position?
We, as Arcadia, are looking for people who are interested in the Human Resources department with supporting resumes for the position they are applying for. We will be hiring 10 people to our human resource recruiting team for the Human Resource Recruitment Officer position and responsibilities for this position will be as listed below:
As a Human Resource Recruitment Officer at Arcadia, you will be responsible for using LinkedIn to post job ads, screen candidates, communicate with potential hires, and maintain data related to candidates and other recruitment needs. You will be expected to participate in Arcadia's bi-weekly Saturday interviews and be available on Saturdays to work with a team of recruiters to conduct interviews in morning, afternoon, or evening shifts with flexible scheduling opportunities. It is expected that you have a relevant degree and extensive experience in the human resources field and a desire to advance your career in this field. Your duties will include preparing weekly reports, entering data daily, and conducting Saturday interviews with flexible shifts. While you will have autonomy in your work, you will also be expected to collaborate with assigned HR Consultants and report to them, taking their advice into consideration and seeking final approval from the HRM and CSO for necessary weekly activities. What Are Our Requirements For The Position?
- A master's degree in a relevant field such as Psychology, Human Resource Management, International Relations or a related discipline.
- A minimum of two years of relevant experience, alongside a master's degree, is required/ must for Officer-level positions. For Associate-level roles, candidates should possess a master's degree supplemented by internship experience and junior role placements. Fresh graduates holding a master's degree are eligible to be considered for Assistant-level positions.
- Extensive knowledge of human resources principles and practices, including recruiting, hiring, and candidate relations
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to adapt communication style to different audiences and prepare official interview evaluation reports, case analysis.
- Strong analytical and assessment skills, with the ability to evaluate the qualifications and experience of potential candidates and make informed decisions about their suitability and sustainability for the organisation
- Proficiency with data entry and reporting, including the ability to accurately maintain records related to candidates and prepare weekly reports using data analysis and presentation tools
- Demonstrated ability to work effectively as part of a team and collaborate with others, including HR consultants and other recruiters
- Adaptability and flexibility, including the ability to work on Saturdays with flexible shifts as needed
- Strong conflict resolution skills, with the ability to identify and effectively resolve conflicts or challenges that may arise during the recruitment process
- A desire to advance your career in the human resources field, with a commitment to continuous learning and professional development.
