Network Engineer

We are seeking a skilled Network Engineer to join our team in Turkey. In this role, you will provide dedicated network-level support and troubleshooting, ensuring the timely restoration of services and a seamless experience for our customers. Your expertise will be crucial in managing and resolving complex network issues, offering technical leadership, and enhancing customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain detailed knowledge of customer networks, critical sites, and operating procedures.
• Lead troubleshooting efforts to resolve customer-reported network issues, restoring services efficiently.
• Provide escalation support for critical network outages and complex network challenges.
• Build and maintain strong technical relationships with customers, supporting their network operations.
• Conduct on-site visits as needed, ensuring operational success.
• Assist in maintenance window coverage to ensure uninterrupted network performance.
• Take a holistic approach to manage recurring network problems, ensuring smooth service delivery.
• Provide network-level problem resolution, analyzing complex issues and offering detailed technical reports.
• Provide root cause analysis and actionable recommendations for corrective and preventive actions.
• Offer software referrals to address critical problems across the customer’s install base.

Required Skills & Experience:

• Extensive experience with Routing & Switching (R&S), ACI, Data Center (DC), and Nexus technologies.
• Strong problem-solving abilities with in-depth knowledge of network infrastructure.
• Experience with CCIE SP or R&S certification (CCNP as an alternative).
• Proven track record in troubleshooting and network management at an advanced level.
• Ability to foster communication between cross-functional teams to ensure customer success.
• Demonstrated experience in technical customer support and providing timely resolutions for critical issues.
