Project Manager

We are working with a leading main contractor in Dubai who are seeking an experienced and results-driven Project Manager with a strong background in high-rise construction. The ideal candidate will oversee and coordinate all phases of high-rise building projects, ensuring timely delivery, cost efficiency, and adherence to the highest quality and safety standards.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and manage detailed project plans, schedules, and budgets.
• Oversee the execution of high-rise construction projects, ensuring milestones are met on time and within budget.
• Conduct feasibility studies, risk assessments, and project evaluations.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, consultants, subcontractors, and vendors.
• Communicate effectively with all stakeholders to align expectations and resolve issues.
• Manage contracts and ensure compliance with contractual obligations.
• Lead multidisciplinary project teams, including engineers, site supervisors, and subcontractors.
• Assign tasks, monitor progress, and ensure accountability within the team.
• Promote a collaborative and productive work environment.
• Ensure projects meet quality standards and comply with regulatory and safety requirements.
• Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress, identify issues, and implement corrective actions.
• Monitor project budgets, control costs, and ensure optimal use of resources.
• Negotiate with suppliers and subcontractors to achieve cost-effective solutions.
• Prepare and present progress reports, financial updates, and forecasts to senior management and clients.
• Maintain accurate project documentation and records.

Qualifications and Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
• Minimum of 15 years of experience in construction project management, with a proven track record in high-rise projects.
• Strong knowledge of construction processes, materials, and methods.
• In-depth understanding of regulations and safety standards.
