We are looking for a recruiting coordinator to join our team and jump into projects on a case by case situation. A coordinator within Grow is a hustler and problem solver using their superior communication skills. Problems occur and need to be solved in real time, usually around interview management with hiring managers and candidates. You are a critical member to support the recruiters to get their jobs done.
Who you are:
- Fluency in both English and Japanese.
- 1+ years of experience in a recruiting or administrative support role, preferably in a high-tech environment.
- Proficiency in Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and other HR software.
- Excellent organizational, time management, and multitasking skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to interact effectively with individuals at all levels.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- A passion for providing exceptional candidate experience.
Bonus Points:
- Experience with employer branding and recruitment marketing initiatives.
- Familiarity with various sourcing techniques and platforms (e.g., LinkedIn, GitHub).
- Knowledge of employment laws and regulations.
What You’ll do:
Responsibilities:
- Candidate Management
- Schedule phone, video, and in-person interviews, ensuring timely communication with candidates and interviewers.
- Manage candidate travel arrangements and reimbursements, if applicable.
- Track candidate progress in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and maintain accurate records.
- Respond to candidate inquiries and provide timely updates on their application status.
Administrative Support:
- Assist recruiters with job postings, ensuring they are accurate and engaging.
- Prepare offer letters and onboarding materials for new hires.
- Coordinate background checks and reference checks.
- Maintain confidentiality of sensitive candidate information.
Process Improvement:
- Identify opportunities to streamline and improve recruiting processes.
- Assist in the development and implementation of new recruiting initiatives.
- Stay up-to-date on industry best practices and recruiting trends.
