About the Company

We are seeking a highly motivated and self-driven Full Stack Developer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience across a wide range of technologies and frameworks and will play a key role in developing and maintaining next-generation web applications that support our sales and member subscription processes. A critical aspect of this role is integrating our systems with Zuora, the company’s billing system. This is a hybrid role with a mix of 3 days on-site and 2 days remote, providing flexibility and opportunities for growth.

About the Role

• Develop, maintain, and support web applications with high impact on company sales, billing (Zuora integration), and member subscription management.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, define features, and deliver robust solutions.
• Design and develop RESTful APIs to integrate with internal systems and Zuora for seamless billing processes.
• Optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability.
• Implement and maintain CI/CD pipelines for seamless integration and deployment.
• Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code using best practices in Agile methodologies.
• Create and execute test plans and automate tests using Selenium and other testing tools to ensure quality.
• Contribute to architecture discussions and technical roadmap planning.
• Ensure database integrity and performance (MS SQL, PostgreSQL, MySQL).
• Participate in peer code reviews and share knowledge with team members.
• Proactively seek out ways to improve processes, systems, and the development environment.
• Collaborate with operations teams on deployment and monitoring in production.

Qualifications

• Strong proficiency with PHP, Laravel, Python, and front-end technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript).
• Experience with Zuora integration and knowledge of its APIs.
• Proficiency in databases: MS SQL, PostgreSQL, MySQL, SQL
• Experience with Shell scripting and RESTful APIs.
• Familiarity with CI/CD processes, Agile methodologies, and testing best practices.
• Solid understanding of test automation frameworks like Selenium.
• Knowledge of version control systems such as Git.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently.
• Self-driven and motivated to continuously improve code quality, systems, and team productivity.
• Bachelor’s degree in computer science or related field.

Nice-to-Have Skills

• Experience with messaging systems (RabbitMQ).
• Familiarity with microservices and micro frontends architecture.
• Experience with Jenkins, Mulesoft, Flask, and Django.
• Familiarity with Linux environments
• Experience with testing frameworks like Unit Testing and Selenium
