Your future team of professionals

You will be part of the Mobion product Data & Research team and work with highly motivated professionals who are passionate about the project.
You will collaborate with engineers, product managers, and analysts.

Your future challenges

Development of new machine learning models, improving the efficiency of business processes, such as demand forecasting and pricing.

Impact you will make

Develop machine learning models for pricing, demand forecasting, routing, and customer behavior analysis
Analyze large data sets to identify hidden dependencies and anomalies
Deploy models into production in collaboration with engineering teams
Monitor and optimize model latency, scalability, and versioning strategies
Collaborate with product managers and business teams to integrate models into decision-making processes
Conduct A/B testing and evaluate models to improve product outcomes

Skills we are looking for

4+ years of experience in data analytics
Upper-Intermediate or higher level of English
Expertise in Python (statistical and ML packages) and Spark
Expert-level knowledge of SQL
Strong understanding of mathematical statistics, probability theory, and regression analysis
Experience with ML tools: Kubeflow, MLflow, and ETL tools
Proficiency in data preparation, feature engineering, and model evaluation
Knowledge of Git and Gitflow Workflow
Proven success in developing and implementing data science solutions that improved business results
Ability to effectively communicate technical modeling and analysis to business teams
Experience working in cross-functional teams and presenting results at various levels
Skill in analyzing complex tasks and proposing structured solutions

Additional Skills We Would Appreciate

Familiarity with mobility, logistics, or transportation data and KPIs (ETA predictions, surge pricing, driver utilization)
