Our client

Our client is an instantly recognisable brand in the resources sector. They are currently going through a very large digital transformation and as part of this they are rebuilding one of their core operational Apps.

Your new opportunity

Currently in the midst of an APP rebuild, our client is looking for an experienced Senior Android Engineer to join the team and ensure the smooth completion of this project and possible subsequent projects beyond.

Your role in this project will range from Mentoring the team, coding, testing to strategy meetings.

About you

You would have worked as a Senior Engineer for quite sometime, attended strategic meetings and played a role in mentoring small teams to acheive a common goal.

The below are the technical requirements:

• Kotlin (Coroutines, flows)
• Jetpack Compose
• Android design guidelines
• Mobile templating, architectural patterns, best practices, and scalability
• Mobile unit testing libraries
• CI/CD pipelines, Play store release process
