Job Title : HR Specialist (Recruitment & HR Administration – Europe)

About the Role
We are seeking a dynamic and motivated HR Specialist to join our team in Brussels, supporting recruitment and HR administrative functions across Europe. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of European HR practices, excellent organizational skills, and a passion for talent acquisition and employee engagement.
Key Responsibilities
1. Recruitment
- Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including job postings, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and facilitate onboarding.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and develop tailored recruitment strategies.
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates through proactive sourcing and networking.
- Coordinate recruitment campaigns with the CTCO.
- Ensure a positive candidate experience through timely communication and feedback.
2. HR Administration
- Maintain and update employee records in compliance with local Labor laws and GDPR requirements.
- Assist with drafting employment contracts, offer letters, and other HR-related documentation.
- Support payroll preparation by providing necessary employee data, such as absences, leaves, and contract changes.
- Ensure compliance with European Labor regulations and company policies.
- Act as the first point of contact for HR-related queries from employees across Europe.
3. Process Improvement & Reporting
- Streamline recruitment and HR administrative processes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
- Generate and analyze HR metrics, providing insights to support decision-making.
- Participate in HR projects, such as policy updates, employee engagement initiatives, and training programs.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- 3+ years of experience in recruitment and HR administration, preferably in a European context.
- Strong knowledge of European labor laws and HR best practices.
- Proficiency in English and at least one other European language; French or Dutch is a plus.
- Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience in a multinational or matrixed organization.
Knowledge of GDPR regulations as they relate to HR.
Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
