Seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented individual to play a critical role in improving the efficiency and effectiveness of service lines.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct in-depth analysis of current caseloads: Analyse active cases and waitlists to identify trends, bottlenecks, and areas for improvement.
  • Develop and implement process flow maps: Map existing pathways and identify opportunities for streamlining and optimization.
  • Data analysis and interpretation: Extract and analyse data from various sources to inform decision-making and track progress.
  • Develop and implement scheduling solutions: Collaborate with IT to develop and implement new scheduling systems that optimise time and minimise wait times.
  • Build strong relationships: Cultivate positive working relationships with clinicians, therapists, and other stakeholders.
  • Project management: Independently manage the entire project lifecycle, including planning, execution, monitoring, and evaluation.
  • Drive change and improvement: Lead the implementation of new processes and technologies, ensuring buy-in and successful adoption.
  • Continuous improvement: Regularly review and evaluate the effectiveness of implemented solutions and identify areas for ongoing improvement.


Essential Skills and Experience:

  • Proven experience in business analysis, process mapping, and data analysis.
  • Strong understanding of clinical workflows and service delivery models (preferred).
  • Excellent project management and organisational skills.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build rapport and influence stakeholders.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and proactively identify and resolve challenges.
  • Proactive and solution-oriented approach to problem-solving.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to think critically and strategically.
  • Basic understanding of coding concepts (not required to be an SME).

Desirable Skills:

  • Experience working within the healthcare sector.
  • Experience with data visualization tools.

Additional Considerations:

  • This role will require full-time, on-site presence (5 days per week).
  • This is a critical role with a significant impact on service delivery and customer satisfaction.
  • A positive attitude and strong work ethic are essential.
  • Years of experience are less important than a strong skillset and a collaborative approach.
