DevOps Engineer

Key Responsibilities

• Manage, maintain, and enhance CI/CD pipelines for seamless software delivery.
• Automate infrastructure operations and enforce best practices across development, testing, and production.
• Define technical and business requirements for automation tools, maintain documentation, and ensure compliance with policies.
• Collaborate with Developers, QA, and cross-functional teams to streamline development, testing, and deployment processes.
• Lead discussions on architecture, performance tuning, and middleware integration.
• Conduct performance assessments to identify and implement improvement opportunities.
• Ensure resiliency and efficiency across the service stack while enforcing security and compliance standards.
• Design and implement scalable solutions for infrastructure management and test data automation.

Qualifications

Education & Experience:

• University degree with 6+ years of IT experience or a non-university degree with 8+ years of IT experience.
• Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience in DevOps, CI/CD engineering, or automation architecture.

Technical Skills:

• Expertise in Cloud platforms like Azure, including resource optimization, cost management, and security.
• Advanced knowledge of Kubernetes, Docker, microservices, and container orchestration.
• Proficiency in Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools, such as Terraform and Ansible.
• Strong experience with CI/CD tools like Azure Pipelines, SVN, and GIT.
• Skilled in scripting languages (Python, PowerShell, Go) and API integration for automation.
• Understanding of software security pipeline tools, GDPR compliance, and Security/Privacy by Design principles.
• Knowledge of Object-Oriented Design (OOD), Object-Oriented Programming (OOP), and Service-Oriented Architecture (SOA).
