1. 6+ years of Experience in ServiceNow Development and experience in working in production support environment
2. Experience in ServiceNow ITSM, CSM, FSM, CMDB capabilities
3. Hands-on Experience in upgrading ServiceNow platform
4. Experience in managing and troubleshooting customizations on the ServiceNow Platform
5. Experience in building and maintaining integrations
